Responsibilities
- System Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Evening Operations: Oversee critical system deployments and maintenance tasks during evening hours to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while conducting thorough code reviews for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership to junior developers.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all projects and APIs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including evening shifts (e.g., 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
