Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure software quality assurance (QA) before deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize system downtime.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the engineering team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and browsers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
