- AI-Driven Optimization: Oversee the integration of AI tools into content workflows and technical audits to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Technical Leadership: Spearhead complex site migrations, schema implementation, and core web vitals improvements to ensure maximum crawlability and indexing.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and pivot strategies to maximize organic growth and ROI.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior SEO specialists and content creators, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor global search trends and competitor movements to identify new opportunities and defensive strategies.
Qualifications
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of success in senior-level SEO roles, with a focus on future trends and advanced technical implementations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering; experience with Python or SQL for data analysis is highly preferred.
- AI & Automation Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), ChatGPT APIs, or other AI-driven SEO tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
- Leadership Skills: Strong track record of mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects.
