The Role
As our Senior SEO Strategist, you will own the SEO roadmap for key accounts. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and creative content strategy, ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI from organic search.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize copy, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide detailed monthly reporting.
- Stay current on Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or high-growth tech environment.
- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
