We are seeking a visionary Senior SEO Specialist to join our high-performing digital marketing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that improve search visibility, drive traffic, and increase conversions. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure our clients' websites are optimized for both users and search engines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings for target keywords.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement schema markup, structured data, and other technical SEO best practices.
- Monitor search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a full-service digital agency or high-traffic e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
