Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical and on-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, meta tags, headers, and content to align with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, content creators) to implement schema markup and improve Core Web Vitals.
- Monitor site performance using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; troubleshoot indexing issues and crawl errors.
- Build and manage a high-quality backlink profile through white-hat outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Present monthly performance reports to stakeholders, detailing traffic growth and ROI.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Expert knowledge of Google’s latest algorithm updates, including Helpful Content and Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz Pro, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable tactics.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
