Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance, responsive user interfaces using modern React patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Backend, Product) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, semantic HTML/CSS/JS code.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Context API).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
