Responsibilities
- Architect the Neural Backbone: Design and implement scalable neural architectures that bridge classical AI and quantum computing protocols.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical milestones and deliverables for our flagship 'Project Horizon' aimed at the 2026 commercial release.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of Qiskit and Cirq libraries into real-time decision-making pipelines for autonomous logistics.
- Mentorship & Vision: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and guiding the technical vision of the team.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes for 'brain-computer interfaces' that utilize neuromorphic hardware.
Qualifications
- Foundational Expertise: Ph.D. or Masterβs in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Technical Mastery: 8+ years of experience in deep learning, neural networks, and machine learning algorithms.
- Quantum Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in quantum computing frameworks and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
