Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and pipelines that are production-ready and scalable.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the optimization of model performance, latency, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Research and implement novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Monitor model behavior in production and establish robust monitoring and alerting systems.
- Participate in architectural decision-making to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, feature engineering, and model deployment strategies.
- Experience with large-scale data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
