Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize state-of-the-art Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to handle large-scale data ingestion, training, and deployment in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement advanced fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI by conducting bias audits and adhering to data privacy regulations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends and integrating cutting-edge methodologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with deep experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
