Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-scale production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric product features.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and responsible AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years focused on Generative AI.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Strong background in Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Vector Databases.
- Experience deploying large-scale AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
