Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies for 2026-2030 market readiness
- Architect scalable frameworks for next-gen human-AI symbiosis systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through innovation pipeline management
- Publish white papers and keynote at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior futurists through our patent accelerator program
- Partner with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) on joint research
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in foresight or futurism roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Systems Engineering
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining products (3+ unicorn exits)
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM Transactions)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnership projects
