Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct primary research on quantum computing and neurotech advancements
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Partner with product teams to integrate futurist insights into roadmaps
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in quantum computing or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (strongly preferred)
