Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product development and market positioning
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-generation investment opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership in future trends
- Certification in futures research (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods or horizon scanning
