Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system operations during evening/weekend shifts
- Respond to technical alerts and troubleshoot issues in real-time
- Coordinate with overnight teams for seamless handovers
- Document incident reports and process updates
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and updates
- Provide Tier 1 support to internal stakeholders
- Generate shift summary reports for management review
Qualifications
