Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for core business units
- Facilitate executive workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio allocation
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional teams
- Represent 2026 at global tech conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., PESTEL, STEEPLE)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
