Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with cross-functional teams to translate future insights into actionable plans
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on emerging trends and innovation methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and global innovation networks
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and data analytics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author or speaker at global innovation/futures conferences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
