Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 horizon planning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members with data-backed predictions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports influencing $2B+ portfolio decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE, CFS) preferred
