Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight frameworks targeting 2026 technology and market landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Produce strategic scenario plans and impact assessments for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-focused thinking into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into compelling narratives for C-suite and board audiences
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and cultural megatrends shaping 2026 business ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience publishing foresight reports or thought leadership in tech/business publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision-making
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
