Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership to identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- System Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architecture.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for bleeding-edge technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the market curve.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve throughput, and optimize cloud resource utilization for global scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of robust security protocols and ensure compliance with global data standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python, Java).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and plan for technological evolutions beyond the current industry standard.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
