Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of core systems required for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into existing AI workflows to enhance computational efficiency.
- System Optimization: Analyze current infrastructure bottlenecks and engineer high-performance solutions to support next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Work closely with the CTO to align technical deliverables with the company’s long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future tech architectures adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Hands-on experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee emerging trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing robust, scalable systems in high-pressure environments.
