Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance systems tailored for the 2026 technological ecosystem.
- Lead the migration to cloud-native environments, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven automation into core business processes.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and disaster recovery protocols meet enterprise standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-concurrency systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing AI/ML pipelines and understanding of model inference optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
