Responsibilities
- Execute premium coffee preparation using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-over, siphon brewing)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage excellence and customer service
- Develop seasonal specialty drink menus with locally sourced ingredients
- Manage inventory of premium coffee beans and supplies
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
- Uphold stringent hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with management on operational improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee training
- Expert-level latte art and espresso extraction skills
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Food Handler certification preferred
