Job Description
We are Nexus Future Labs, a premier research organization pioneering the autonomous systems of tomorrow. We are looking for a visionary Senior Autonomous Systems Architect to lead the development of next-generation AI agents for 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will architect scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that bridge the gap between Large Language Models (LLMs) and real-world autonomous decision-making. You will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, defining how machines reason, plan, and execute complex tasks in dynamic environments.
Why join us? We offer a competitive compensation package, equity options, and the unique opportunity to shape the foundational technologies of the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust architectures for multi-agent systems and LLM orchestration using modern frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-100ms latency and low token costs in production environments.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge advancements in Generative AI, Multimodal models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for autonomous AI features and user experiences.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI standards across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced NLP and system design.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Experience building and deploying agentic workflows or autonomous agents.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
