Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams for 2026 deployment.
- Lead R&D Roadmaps: Define and drive the technical vision for our upcoming product suite, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large language models to improve inference speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to translate technical requirements into robust, user-centric solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI development, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
