Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for LLMs and reinforcement learning agents focused on 2026 benchmarks.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives to improve model efficiency, reduce inference costs, and enhance hallucination accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready AI solutions.
- Paper Publication: Author and publish high-impact research papers at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) to establish industry authority.
- Optimization: Drive the optimization of training pipelines using distributed computing and novel algorithmic approaches.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or a similar technical role within a leading tech company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of natural language processing, transformers, or generative models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
