Responsibilities
- Architect and train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems focused on the 2026 vision.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research concepts into scalable, deployable APIs.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and safety.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring global AI trends and integrating emerging technologies into our stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Proven experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, or similar architectures).
- Experience with distributed training and high-performance computing clusters.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
