Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models and neural networks for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven features.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and accuracy to reduce latency.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to integrate breakthroughs into our stack.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and ethical AI practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
