Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure reproducibility and monitoring of deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
