Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Lead the end-to-end development of advanced machine learning models and neural networks optimized for high-scale production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Explore cutting-edge AI methodologies (including LLMs and Transformers) to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
- Model Optimization: Improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distributed training.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product engineers to translate technical research into scalable, user-friendly features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety, bias mitigation, and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is required.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to debug complex systems and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
