Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary deep learning models tailored for high-frequency, low-latency environments.
- Architect scalable data pipelines capable of ingesting petabytes of real-time streaming data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of algorithms to ensure ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation.
- Present technical findings and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
