Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Stay current with the latest research in the AI/ML field and apply it to our products.
- Manage the full lifecycle of ML projects from data collection to model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
