What You Will Do:
- Lead the design and training of proprietary Large Language Models optimized for enterprise scalability.
- Implement advanced fine-tuning and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Ensure rigorous testing and safety protocols for AI outputs.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed training.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
