Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models into core product ecosystems, ensuring ethical and efficient deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps for the company's transition to quantum-ready algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Proven experience designing systems for high concurrency and low-latency environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models) and Prompt Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
