Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high performance, low latency, and robustness.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and full-stack engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research: Conduct rigorous research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of MLOps principles and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures is highly preferred.
