Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI, LLMs, and Predictive Analytics.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with evolving AI regulations and industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating and integrating new frameworks and libraries into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) or similar transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
