Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures tailored for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance, low-latency inference systems capable of handling massive real-time data streams.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical vision and roadmap for future AI capabilities.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Production Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of AI models from research prototype to production-grade microservices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
