Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Define the technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to translate research into tangible products.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical deep-dives.
- Identify emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge in the AI landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
