Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration of AI models.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Transformer architectures, Federated Learning, and neuromorphic computing.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical deep-dives to drive team growth and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference latency and model training efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-grade Machine Learning models, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision domains.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
