- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and neural networks.
- Lead the technical strategy for our AI research initiatives, focusing on LLMs and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
