Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on large-scale transformer models and reinforcement learning systems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead on distributed cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure ethical AI standards and regulatory adherence.
- Prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends in generative AI and autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience leading architecture decisions for high-availability, mission-critical systems.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
