Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms, including Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI engineering team.
- Ensure model accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
