Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on readiness for 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Research & Development: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype novel algorithms and optimize existing models for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of AI capabilities into existing product suites, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying LLMs, Transformers, or other state-of-the-art generative models in production environments.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
