Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability and low-latency inference.
- Lead the technical roadmap for 2026 product releases, ensuring alignment with emerging AI standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into market-ready, user-centric applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization of deep neural networks in real-world production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating and integrating breakthrough technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architect capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems that handle high-volume, high-velocity data.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible deployment practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
