Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation LLMs and autonomous Agentic workflows.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Research and prototype novel neural network architectures to solve complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment.
