Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integrations focused on the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research initiatives to stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including neural-symbolic AI and edge computing.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance model accuracy and reduce latency, ensuring our systems deliver real-time results at massive scale.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure Scalability & Security: Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern distributed systems frameworks.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with large language models (GPT, LLaMA), vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
