Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end AI/ML architectures capable of scaling to millions of users.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion).
- Establish best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Oversee data infrastructure pipelines, ensuring high-quality data ingestion and processing.
- Advocate for AI ethics and safety standards across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
