Responsibilities
- Architect Core Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for the 2026 release cycle.
- Research Leadership: Lead research initiatives in autonomic AI and cognitive computing, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities.
- Model Optimization: Engineer efficient algorithms to reduce latency and increase inference accuracy on edge devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with legacy infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and security standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
