Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end AI architectures that support scalable, high-performance applications for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning to push the boundaries of current technology.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
