Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure to support our 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Deep Learning models (NLP, Computer Vision).
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource utilization on cloud-native platforms.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
- Stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging AI trends and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
